Default Ignition coil for a 5.7L Hemi

Hi i hope im not asking a dumb Question but i need to buy a Ignition coil for my 04 Ram its a 5.7L Hemi. I have a engine light on my dash that keeps coming on and i wipe it off and it comes back.I have a Superchips Flashpaq and it tells me that, P2314 Ignition coil 5 Secondary Circuit- Insufficient Ionization.
I have replaced the spark plugs with NGK Iridium LZTR4AIX-11
also the leads.
I checked the wiring, so now i am going to replace the Ignition coils,I hope this will help my problem. What brand is good OEM mopar or MSD Blaster.
Please any help would be great thankyou.

Those Hemi engines are real sticklers about having OEM plugs and coils. What does your EPA sticker say is the OEM plug? You should stick with the OEM plugs and coils.

I was told by my Chrysler dealer to use NGK plugs or champions plugs with heat rating 4 , the NGK plugs cost me $300 for 16 . The Chrysler Dealers here in Australia are not the best so i wanted good advice from the People who know thats why im asking the people here.I know that MSD are a good product and im after reliable parts,My dodge ram has done 90,000KMs is that standed for coil packs to go bad in that many kms. So im asking your opinion what would you use.
Thanks again Craig

Regular coils are plenty powerful enough, the MSD stuff isn't worth the coin on a stock (or even mostly stock) engine. I got lucky and my engine didn't mind iridiums, but apparently alot of them do not. Much cheaper and easier to go with the oem style coppers.

Thank-you for your input Roger and Hemi Lonestar it great to get other peoples input as its trial and error when fixing new engines even old ones. But it makes it easier when people have gone through these problems before or even heard about them and pass on there information. Thanks again Craig

run ngk 5306 coppers, my 05 didn't like iridium's, I would get missfire codes with them...

Mine doesnt like Iridium either. Try throwing some stock plugs in that cylinder first and resetting the code. If it comes back you might have an issue, if it goes away you just saved yourself $100aus.
