Simple answer is, NO. Turn the volume down is it.

Since the 2013 radio system is all new, it may require full time power in order to work as designed.

I never keep factory radios, you could get a double-din installed and fix that problem

I understand all of the 2013 and newer RAM's with high-end Navigation system can't be replaced because of all of the electronics.

Its not a radio anymore in my Laramie. Its a computer that controls many other functions of the truck. It cant be replaced and it cant be completely turned off and I wouldnt have it any other way.

I was surprised that the radio could not be turned off when I bought my truck. Now, I am glad it is that way. My phone works really well with the system. I answer calls with the push of a button on the screen. I really like that the system can read texts through the speakers. My Bluetooth is on 100% of the time, so why would I ever want the radio/computer turned off?
