Default Stains on White Ram from Meguires Tire Endurance Spray

I noticed today when I got home from work after wiping down my new truck that the Meguires Tire Endurance Spray of course has flinged all over the side of the truck. That hasn't been a problem to wipe off. But I have the sport model so it has the plastic bumper. On the inside of the wheel well were the screws are are, there are little spots that has stained the white part. It's only on the plastic. I've tried bug and tar remover, claybar, etc and won't come off. Any ideas on how I can remove the stains? Thanks in advance.

This is just an idea so dont hold me to it but if it was me i would test a little bit of goo gone on one of the spots and see if that works. I used small amounts of goo gone to clean up the sticky residue after i took my badges off and i havent noticed any damage to my paint/clear coat. I would just recommend using a cleaner of your choice afterwards to clean off the goo gone. Again its only an idea but it might work. Good luck.
