Default poll what would you choose,.. 2014 ram or grand cherokee srt

even if i did order my new 2014 ram,.. i'm still in a debate on witch one to choose,..

What do you think, why one or the other

here's the choice

2014 black ram 1500 sport crewcab rambox, air susp,8speed 3.92 gears,sunroof.. all of the options except tow package and smokers package,. but i did get the class4 hitch,.. just didnt wanted the tow mirrors,.. would ad bakflip F1 box cover

or 2014 black grand cherokee srt fully loaded, 8speeds, all options including laguna seats except for the rear entertainement witch dosent seems to be available...

both look to be about the same on gas,.. the truck would be built about at the end of january would have it begening of feb,.. the srt i would have it within a few days,.. insurance is about the same (ive verify already,.. there is 50$ difference) the ram is 62454$ minus 10000$ rebate the srt is 74545$ but would have it for about 68000$ so the srt is about 16000$ more,..

Apples and oranges... Do you need/want a truck or an SUV? I have both... but would probably choose the truck if I had to pick one...

The SRT is a good all around vehicle & i could sleep in it & save some motel charges
The SRT has the 6.4L HEMI w/ 8 speed

My Ram with the 5.7L w/ 5 speed has a bed & i haul 80 gallons of gas with everything filled up

I guess you just buy what fits your needs best at the time of purchase

from car and driver

Revised for 2014, each of those modes on the center-console-mounted rotary dial has its own damping and shift strategies, as well as transfer-case torque proportioning: Auto (40-percent front/60-percent rear), Sport (35/65), Tow (50/50), Track (30/70), and Snow (50/50). Helmet on, off we went.

best of both worlds

Without question it would be the SRT! My 2014 GC with the 5.7 and 8 speed is a blast to drive so I know the SRT would be crazy!

SRT would be cool but the truck will be more useful.
