About 2 1/2 weeks ago i was adjusting my phone while it was mounted and broke the phone holder (didnt realize i was so strong ). I found a cellphone holder that i bought for my wife but never used, not surprised at all, so after some looking and figuring i started to do some custom work on the phone holder and than on the mount and everything has turned out good so far (i think). All i have left to do is some plastidip and should be finished up today. Will post pics when finished.

Here it is finished and mounted. It feels very sturdy. I'm pleased with how it turned out.

I wish the top still had the original finish (would look a lot better and cleaner) but with drilling holes and grinding part of the "disc" away to get it to work, all the heat messed up the finish.

I would be more than happy to refinish it for you again. Ship it to me and I will ship it back to you. But you might want to wait until tonight or more than likely tomorrow to check out our newest mounts being sprayed as we speak. A new duel disk is on the way.

Well after a week of having the new setup, driving on some bad country roads this mount has done perfect. Phone doesn't hardly vibrate or shake, can read the screen perfectly fine, and can actually navigate through the phone easy without hittting the wrong buttons (because of vibrations or shaking). Glad I was able to figure out a way to make these two products work together.

Cool deal... Been on a few country roads her to in south Louisiana. Where most times that means muddy roads. In the last two years never washed a vehicle so many times in my life. Doesn't help living a mile down a country road either. Between the couple of hunting roads and the normal every day travel for the past two years I feel I kinda put it to the test to.

Thanks again and good luck in the drawing. As of right now its only a 1 and 7 chance

Bayou Goat
