The original Motorola Droid. The setup I had on the single mount won't work on the dual mount because there isn't enough clearance over the dash. My screen on the current phone is cracked pretty bad so I'm using my original smartphone for time. I don't speed to much or bad but from time to time that HEMI goes on it's own.

Oh wait, you have me confused and I make them. The height of the single and the double are the same. So where did you get difference from?

let me try and word it the right way and make sense um... The position of the single disc allows the phone holder to hang over the dash just enough to clear it without it binding the mount or holder in anyway. The position of the dual disc put the holder in a little bit of a bind (won't clear the dash) because of the angle (if that makes any sense)?

I'm not sure myself if that makes any sense, maybe I can get a picture if it doesn't. If the dual was just a hair taller it would work.

After comparing your single and double pics I see the deference in the position of the phone. I get it now
