I'm not too worried but I am concerned about them changing the Ram for the worse down the road. Only time will tell, maybe they will improve it...who knows.

I know what you mean
Like it was Fiats idea to go with the Rotary Shift Knob, which would have been much better if they also included a paddle shifter in the steering wheel

European countries are not like North American as far as racing, there are hardly any Drag Racers over there, their idea of racing is top end racing & control, not how fast you can get to the top speed
Since Fiat became Chrysler's partner, you may have noticed that they are no longer in NasCar racing either

NASCAR thing was done before FIAT. That was a bankruptcy thing.

Who cares what nationality the parent company is? The most important thing from a consumers standpoint is your dollars counting.
In reality the plants are here, a workforce is employed, who owns it makes zero difference. Imo

it will matter if fiat starts funneling dollars away from chrysler to prop up fiat which is not doing well overseas.

Chrysler has done a good job funnelling money down the drain, so making money to funnel to Italy is a step up IMO

They already have improved it, and there's not really any indication of that changing. I suppose the 5th gen will tell us for certain

Was this in reference to Ram? Or Chrysler products in general? Not trying to be a d***, I'm just not sure of the exact intent of your post. Racing was the furthest thing from my mind when I decided I wanted a truck.

Chrysler in general, not any particular model of car, Jeep, or truck
I would like to see the SRT vehicle line expanded though

Street & Racing Technology = SRT

In a manner of speaking you're wrong, together with Chrysler they improved it. Now it will be all up to them without Chrysler. Which one played the biggest part in the improvements I don't know. Time will tell. Will see more hp or less? How much will we see the body style change now? Will they build them smaller and lighter? I like the 4'th gen body style, not sure if Ill like the 5'th gen Ero when it comes.
