Default Mirror light/blinker flickers

Anybody find wiring probs with this? Passenger side at least. Not sure I want to send it in under warranty and pay the $100...

My driver side one just started doing this. I figured it was the cold, something frozen, our high temps have been around -24 C. Too cold to check into it yet. Let me know if you find a cause. I have about 160,000 km on my truck.
