Default Sorry in advance but I can't find the answer about a wiring harness!!

I have tried searching and am out of ideas. Can anyone tell me if Dodge runs the wires to the pass. rear storage compartment for the sub even if there wasn't a factory upgraded stereo with sub installed?? Dropping an amp and a 12" into the underseat storage bins..

I believe the wiring is there but I don't think it's hooked up to anything.... you could easily find out by looking at your own truck and testing the wires with a volt meter though.
