Cool Speedo bouncing, brake light and abs light on

I have a 2003 Dodge ram 1500 160k Miles 4.7L with a 545-RFE trans.
I got up this morning to move my truck and I notice that my dash is lit up. My Brake light, Abs light and my speedometer is bouncing all around; also my brakes do not work. I can not compress the brake pedal down when running. When I first started the truck up I got about 4 good stops out of the brakes before I couldnt compress the pedal down. Each push became progressively harder to compress and stop. The truck runs normal and all the accessories work just fine. Also all the those lights come on with the key turned to accessory along with the speedometer bouncing around from 0-25.
So far I have reset the ecm and checked and rechecked the battery connections.
What I have read online with close but not exact symptoms is the FCM. Front Control Module.
Anyone have any input anything would be helpful.

If you can't press the pedal down, that's mechanical, not computer issues. Either your master cylinder, your brake booster or the pedal itself has some issues.

I replaced the ABS Sensor on the rear diff the problem was solved for about 30 minutes then the symptoms came back. The brakes work if i get the truck moving above 5 mph and then the lights go out. But my brakes will stay compressed about 15% while im driving. I drive to work about 1 and a half miles away. I have an extra vehicle but I need to fix this asap.

So I figured this out about a week after this thread was started. I read on another off-road dodge truck site that sometime water gets into the abs brake controller module. Located under the master cylinder behind the battery. It has a hard to get too red clip to loosen the connector. When I opened the connector I found it to be half filled with water. I then used compressed air to blow the air our for about a good 5-10 minutes, before reconnecting I put DiElectric grease to preserve a good connection. -Brandon

Good luck on selling the Firebird. And let us know when and what year of HEMI you get.

Used. I want to do some plowing so the 4.7 has got to go. It would end up going boom if I tried to plow with a 1500.
