Default Stereo Wiring

I can't figure out the wiring of my Sony stereo. All the speakers are hooked up right. The ground is hooked up right and there are two power wires.

One needs constant 12v to hold presets/time the other needs switched 12v to turn on the radio with the key.

There is no 12v switched wire on my trucks stereo harness and no wiring diagrams online match my trucks wire colors. There are 2 constant 12v wires grey red on my trucks harness.

So I hooked it up to the cigarette lighter wire but that has a 1 minute delay when you shut off the Truck and it powers up when u open a door or unlock with key fob.

What can I safely hook into that is only activated by the accessory switch only?

This is what everywhere I look says...it does not apply to my truck though.

Also I have what looks like a second ground? One is solid black one is black and green but the stereo only has one ground.
