Default How to turn off Gps/nav voice?

Anyone know if we can turn the voice guidance off or down? I can't stand it cutting out my music every couple min.

If you have a Nav radio, likely it is either a RHR or RHB, possibly even a RER
letters on are the front of the radios face, lower right corner

Push the hard MENU key, it will bring up several options
click through them & your will find the volume for the Nav womans voice

she & i have a certain love hate relationship, i hate her voice, but she is almost always right

My wife and I are still waiting for our truck, however she did inform our Chrysler Dealer that a suggestion should be made to customize the voice in the NAV system.

She wants Sam Elliot to be the male voice for her, he presently does the Ram Commercial voice overs. For me she feels that Mae West or Kathleen Turner would be best.

Not sure of the specific process, but what I do is keep my finger on the volume and when she is speaking turn it quickly up/dn and it changes only her voice, radio volume remains the same... Hope this helps.

PS. I like the move where you quickly turn the radio down if a turn comes up
