clearly the most popular color - cause it's so cool, it isn't listed!
Check out this thread. I had to make two threads since you're limited to 10 options on a poll and Ram makes the 1500 in 12 colors. The second thread has the missing two colors

I think all the colors look good, and the variety is adequate. I would have liked a green color option.

The poll numbers may be skewed by availability. When I was shopping, most dealers were covered up with black and red, and a few whites. I think those colors are the first ones built, and the dealers select those colors for their dealer stock because black, red, and white are standards.

This, imo, is one of those times when having the most "popular" of the choices available may not be the most desireable thing to have. Personally, I'd rather have something more unique in terms of color than to see the color I'm wearing worn by everyone else on the road. Of course, I'd never opt for a color based soley on its rarity; I have to foremost prefer it for my own subjective tastes.

All of which is why I hope I don't see too many Rams dressed in "Deep Cherry Red Chrystal Pearl" (aka, burgundy ) along side me on the road.

The Maximum Steel is just too cool. Depending on the sun, it can lean toward gray or blue. And the metallic fleck is perfect. I originally wanted the Deep Cherry Red, but the dealer did not have the features on the truck (1500 SLT Big Horn), so I went to a different dealer that had the options I wanted. He only had it in Maximum Steel. It really worked out...better price and I really like the color better. You don't see it as much and the color really pops.

I wanted the Western Brown Pearl, seeing it on a Cherokee it was amazing with the different hues, depending on the light. However, it was not available on the Ram at the time so I went with the Black Gold Pearl, again because of the different hues, depending on the lighting.
