While they are both solid products, I always recommend Magnaflow.

Well I did it! 22" Magnaflow and y pipe. Couldn't be happier. It really is a great sound. I've been a Flowmaster guy all my life...no longer.

I LOVE my Magnaflow 14" muffler. I have gotten plenty of compliments.

Magnaflow by a long shot

I'll have to agree with Swagger, for my 2011 Ram Magnaflow 18" was a no brainer.

Flowmaster has been popular for years for their noise [sound?]

I feel you'll be happier with slight HP - Torque gains & lesser Drone in your cab....

Good Luck & Welcome to the 4th generation of the Greatest Truck on Earth !!

Hey guys. I've got a 2012 5.7 rcsb and have already installed a k&n cai. I am wondering how much louder the 14" Maggie is compared to the 18"? Seems as though the 22" was quieter than stock. .. I plan on replacing the y pipe also. I don't want much drone in the cab if any, and I do want more volume than stock, but I don't want to be obnoxious either. Your thoughts?

You might have better luck making your own thread.
