Question 5th wheel sliding hitch question

I've just gotten my 2014 RAM 2500 Laramie Mega with Cummins engine. I ordered it with the 5th wheel/gooseneck prep in order to tow my 5th wheel camper. Based on the info I've read, it appears that I would prefer a pull rite super glide that will enable me to maneuver without getting out of the truck to make adjustments before reversing.

Can anyone comment on whether or not I am on the right track? Any suggestions? Looking for advice...I'm a beginner.

Can't help you, but if you have a short bed make darned sure the pin is far enough aft in the bed. When you turn hard the corner of the camper wants to hit the back corner of the cab. The guy that installed mine insisted it needed to be centered over the rear axle. If it had been mounted 1-2" aft of center it would have been fine. I loaned my truck to a friend to move his 32' fifth wheel, you guessed it, nice wrinkle in my cab.

oh my God! That sounds terrible! Based on what I have read thus far, the super glide gives you 14 inches to play with and they "claim" 80 degree turning radius. I can't imagine someone wrinkling my cab. Holy cow.

Thank you for the comment....all info is appreciated in an effort to figure out which hitch to go with.
