How is that 4X2 treating you in Utah? No snow there or what?

It got around just fine this winter with 420 lbs of sand bags in the bed. The roads in the city are plowed regularly and so are the highways. I didn't try going up too far in the mountains where chains are required but we have a 4runner and an Audi quattro if the snow is too bad for my Dodge or my GMC Sierra 4x2.

I'm in Northern Va. Not much real snow here. Maybe get one good storm per season. I was looking for a 4X2 but they were really hard to hard around here. I ended up getting the 4X4 mostly for resale. I doubt I'll ever use it but everyone has one here. Places around here close if snow is forcasted, wouldn't need to worry about getting anywhere. Then the next day it's all gone. Can't wait to get back out to Colorado.

I ordered mine when I got back from Afghanistan last spring. I wanted 2wd for hauling ass. A quad cab wouldn't fit in my garage so I went with lighter regular cab.

I got a Ram over the others mostly based on looks. I just needed a truck to haul motorcycles around and to and from the track. I was even considering a six cylinder but the mpg on those wasn't much different. I didn't want anything more than a regular cab because I didn't need the extra space, prefer the looks of the regular cab and it was cheaper. Win win! As far as performance, I use my R1 for that rush
