Default 37 inch tires, wheel backspace- is this good?

I've read a ton on backspacing, and still feel confused.

2001 4x4. I thinking of putting 37 inch m/t on a 17" beadlocker that has a -44 offset and backspace of 3.75.

I think it will be fine, but could someone confirm, please?

I have the height clearance. Thanks.

Can't confirm anything without knowing the width of the wheel and what your lift setup is. Offset doesn't mean anything without rim width and fitment is entirely dependant on the overall truck setup.

Sorry I didn't give enough info.

The rim is 17" x 9.5. I haven't bought the tires yet, but I believe they will be 12.5 wide.

This lift is about 5". I say about because it started as a tough country, but I replaced the springs and leafs with skyjacker soft ride. I have 35's on it now, and it looks like plenty of room. There is no concern on the rear, I just don't know how the wide tires will affect the front. The backspacing reads are confusing to me to try to figure out what will fit

Here is the front (before I shortened the frame)
