Default Ongoing fight against brake vibration

'07 1500 Quad Cab 4x4. At 45,000 miles truck started vibrating after 5-10 minutes of highway driving and continually got worse the further you drive until after 20mins you're bouncing down the highway. Tracked it down to the front right caliper piston being stuck and was heating up and warping the rotor. Changed the caliper both front rotors and pads and all was good for 12,000 miles. Same thing started happening just not to the same degree. Compressed front right caliper removed and greased the caliper pins reassembled and no problem. Now it's starting to do the same thing again after 6,000 miles. Any suggestions? or should I just plan on greasing the caliper pins every 5,000 miles?

Have you flushed the system and changed the brake fluid? Because the problem continues to come back, it sounds like there's a bigger issue with the brake system. More like a stuck valve, bad master cylinder or something causing the fluid to not release the pressure in your caliper.

The initial problem was the caliper, it wouldn't compress even with the bleeder open. Now it's intermittent. I'm leaning towards changing the F/R brake hose and flushing the system and see what happens. I'm hoping it's not ABS related but time will tell.
