How is the overall ride on road with these vs the stockers?

im also looking into fox shocks. gonn a do an alignment so i figure ill do new shocks at the same time. are coil overs just for lifting, can they be used on stock ride height. are they a waste of money for a street truck? im having a hard time finding info on the difference and whats recommended for street usage. any input is a big help thanks. the roads in north jersey are horrible and im looking for a soft shock, thats why im thinking fox for on road use, thanks

You can run them at stock height. That said, Fox is a pile of money for street shocks. For the street I would just get some new twin tubes and pocket the extra.

i can see there not a cheap option, but there on both my quads and my mtn bike so i was kicking around the idea, trying to put a price together for fun. theres just so much contradicting info out there its hard to figure out. it seams only coilovers for 2010 1500 front (not mega cab), but i cant tell, so many sites list different things, thanks for the advise and no question your right. but im still curious.

Don't get me wrong. They are awesome shocks. They just aren't giving them away.

You're spot on, they are definitely pricey but I think they are worth it. I work in construction and have to drive some pretty driving crappy access roads to get to the jobsite sometimes. That's where I noticed the biggest difference between the stock and Fox. Much more controlled and much less bouncing back and forth over bumps.
