Default Traction Control Override

Hey Guy,

I was messing around in the snow today and the traction control was taking all the fun out it like normal. So I tried turning the traction control off then putting the truck in first and shifting through the gears (console shifter) and it seemed to me the traction control didn't override as much. It was definitely a lot easier to do donuts and power slides.

Anyone else ever try this?

Default Traction Control Override

I've never tried it but I'll have to. I hate when you take traction control off and try and play and the baby sitter (traction control) takes away all the fun. but I have noticed if you have traction control off and don't hammer the fuel or let off it doesn't kick In right away

With the button in the off position, it doesnt turn it all off, just a certain percentage....diablo tuner can turn it completly off till the truck is turned off and restarted, or you can unclip the connector at the fender plastic, to the ABS, but you will get a light.

It seems like some trucks have better results than others, I wouldn't have any tires left if I completely disabled the TC on mine!

This is with the TC button off on off road tires, it spins the street tires a lot easy lol

If your truck is 4wd, you can turn esp all the way off. With truck stopped and 4wd on, hold esp off button until u hear a ding. You should get a message on evic telling you that esp is off. Enjoy!

diablo didn't do squat on my 2011 4x4.
will not spin a tire regardless of any settings.
doesn't seem to remove any torque management either!
have played with the different tunes and about the only good I can see from it is raising the shift rpms.
of course when it tries to shift at 6000 rpms it feels like you are pushing a clutch in before the upshift.
totally falls on its face!
will probably go back to the stock tune and sell the Diablo!!!!!
