Default Heater Not Working

Anyone have any ideas why the heater wouldn't work? On my way home from work yesterday it was working fine and dandy... I was heading out to work this morning and now I have no heat, got about 7 miles out of town before I said screw it and headed back home... Its -15 out and it is latterly an ice box in my truck.

If you're hearing the blower motor working then there is a possibility of a stuck thermostat, if you're not hearing the blower motor you might have a bad fuse.

That is where I would start, with the truck as new as it is, it might be worth a trip to the dealer, as you should be covered under the "bumper to bumper"

good luck

Thanks Exco...

Now that its light out, I went and checked the coolant level. It looked fine according to the dipstick. I then started the truck back up and I have heat now. So maybe it was a stuck thermostat
I guess I can venture off to work now, just hope the rest the day go's smooth.

in my 04 3500, the blower stopped working on the day i bought the truck new. there was a "switch" or some such thing in the ignition that had to be replaced.
