Smile P0300/P0302 code on 2007 4.6L issues

CEL came on, codes P0300/P0302. Pulled the Spark plugs and 1 seriously fouled - replaced all. Changed the coil on cyl 2 for good measure. Still CEL. Changed all coils. Still CEL ...AND ... now upon acceleration the CEL flashes and dings - engine shakes, and codes still read the same.

Think I am out of my element here - used to the old models that didn't have all this sensor stuff - but to me it sounds like a vacuum leak? Not even sure how to test for it. Also heard that after changing the coils I should disconnect the battery and THEN clear the codes? Any value to that?

Appreciate any input.
