I've got 11k miles on my '14 CC Laramie with 6'4" bed and 3.21 gears. So far my overall average is 14.5 mpg. Worst tank has been 11.3 mpg (towing nearly 7k lb boat) and a best of 18mpg. All hand calculated. Like others have mentioned, the EVIC is rarely within 1mpg of being accurate.

I do have the 32 gallon fuel tank, so I've yet to have a fill-up that is entirely highway. I drive a lot, but most is mixed city/hwy driving. Plus picking up and dropping off our kids at various functions means I sit in line idling more than normal, particularly this winter.

I think everyone should state their gear ratios too like BoatBum. I think they make a world of difference. My old 2004 Ram 1500 Hemi QC SB 4x4 with 3.92 gears averaged 13 overall. I'm planning on getting a 2014 Ram 1500 Hemi CC MB 4x4 with 3.92 gears. I'm hoping to see what other people with this setup get for gas mileage.

Definitely agree, gear ratio should be included.

I've got the 3.92s in a Sport 4x4, I'm averaging 15-16 most of the time combined with a bit more city than highway.

Straight highway I'm high teens to low 20s, again its winter and I have winter tires on. I'm expecting a bit better come summer.

Mine is a '14 CC 6'4" bed with 3.92 gears. Averaging 14.0 right now after tracking for over 4000 miles.

All the details you never wanted to know....

I have a late model 2013, Sport, 3.92 gears, 8speed. I have been pulling 11.5 on the Evic (.5 to 1mpg less on hand calc). That's 90% local and hills in PA. Not impressive. All highway, with winter gas, I can hit 16's. The summer is a bit better....

Lot's of cold and snow so far, so it has had a lot of warmup. Gotta love the automatic start!!
