Default Kind of disappointed

I have the ram quad sport halos and i just sent them back for warranty repair for the fourth time in less than a year. My driver side has gone out twice and the passenger side is currently at oracle of houston getting replaced for the second time. Dont get me wrong, the headlights look great but I don't get to really enjoy the product for more than a couple months before I'm forced to drive around without a headlight for over a week. And its always the same two or three LED's along the top that go out and AAC doesn't have a solution for me. Also now that my headlights have been taken apart and put back together so many times there are fingerprints all on the inside of the lenses...I'm just honestly disappointed.

As you should be. But, at least they are trying to take care of you. Keep on them and keep us updated on your progress.

You're right around the corner from me. Hopefully they get this resolved for you quick, and let them know to clean the inside cause you are tired of fingerprints being in there. They should clean the lights before putting them back together.

Would be nice to see a ram with Halo's on whenever I'm driving around town. Hope to have mine installed within the next 2 weeks.

Actually I think I saw you last week on Euless main. Just saw your pics and saw you have the halo's that follow the outline. I was thinking the round halos.

I also remember your license plate

If this is the case you should seriously consider installing a voltage regulator on the power feed going to the halos. This is not normal, we have been using the same halos on our shop Ram for over 3 years and they are turned on most of the day every day and have never had an issue. We run a voltage regulator because of all the performance and audio modifications done to the truck. There is likely something causing a spike in voltage on your truck and this does cause an issue when you are dealing with LEDs. Oracle of Houston can continue to change our halos for you under warranty but unless you correct the problem it will be a perpetual cycle.

Also, please note that this is the AAC page not the Oracle Lighting of Houston page. We are not in the same state and can not assist you the same way they can so please, if you need to reach that company you can call them at 713-234-7750.

I have called them a few times today and that's what they suggested as well. I'm going to pick up one as we speak.

And yep that's me!!! My fiance's parents live right off main. But you won't be seeing that truck anymore because I got a 2500. Black and sand two tone megacab. Same headlights though! And sadly the TMNT plates are no more haha

I'm right off there too. I'll be sure to antagonize you if I ever see you in the new truck. Lol.
