Default Sudden Power Window dead

Hi Guy's, all of a sudden my power windows stopped working. I checked the fuse under the hood and it is fine. I pulled the Master Power Door Switch and checked power on the pink/yellow wire, with the key on, and found 10.5V. I then followed that down to the main wiring harness near the park brake and verified continuity and power(albeit only 10.5V again) at the power side of the wiring harness. From there it looks like the wires head up to the center of the dash or maybe the ignition. I also verified continuity on the black ground wire at the switch harness and found it to be ok. I then checked for power at the passenger door switch, with the key on, and found no power. I checked the wiring at the door jambs and they are all in fine shape. So I then replaced the master power window switch and still no go.
So I read that there should be a 25A power window circuit breaker that automaticaly re-sets and this breaker should be located at the wiring harness near the park break. I spent 5 hours looking for this breaker and I am at a loss.

Okay, so I got the windows up at least by jumping directly from the battery to the main window control switch.
I then checked power at the fuse and I had zero volts on both sides of the fuse???
How is this? Is there a so called circuit breaker somewhere?

zero volts at the fuse on both side points to a problem before the fuse. check under the fuse box for a broken/loose wire.

Does anyone know where the power TO the fuse comes from? I pulled the harness from off of the back of the fues box and of course there was no power at the harness.
Is there a circuit breaker in the system? The manual says that there is A 25A auto-reset circuit breaker. It is supposed to be located at the harness near the parking brake but that is not the case.
From the harness near the parking brake the wiring heads up to what I suspect is the ignition/ACC switch.

So now I replaced the ignition starter switch thinking it was faulty and not sending power to the fuse and then to the power window module. No luck.
I still cannot locate the 25 amp breaker. It is not near the harness at the parking brake. Has anyone ever found this 25 amp breaker? I need help.
