Default Key fob/WIN help

Key fobs stopped unlocking and locking doors. Work just fine in the ignition and radio, lights, everything works except the locks and alarm. getting really old using a key to unlock my doors and having no alarm. Ive tried cleaning the brand new fobs and also changed the batteries. Could definatly use some help.

I also went to the dealer today and asked about the updated WIN flash.... guy pretty much blw me off and told me it would be about 5 hrs of labor to figure out the issue. Not cool after spending 30k on the thing.

Nothing was done that I'm aware of. Here's how it went down. Got to work, fob locked my doors.left work for coffee 5 mins later and fob unlocked doors. Got back to work and wham..... Thought the battery was dead..... All within ten mins.

My fob stopped working also, but mine was super sensitive, I mean would just touch not press the button and the truck would unlock or my windows would be rolled down. Other times it would just not work, so i opened the fob and notice under the buttons there are some round little things that were loose. I glued them back on with super glue and the fob has been working like a charm since!
