I just put 275/65r20 on my '13 express. I went with that size bc I didn't want any rubbing either. They fit well with no rubbing. I also have a 2" level.

Are you looking to stay with stock wheels or go aftermarket? Do you want to run the biggest size you can or just something that fills up the wheel well? The Guide to Leveling & Wheel and Tire Sizing linked in my signature will help you out with a lot of things. Anything regarding sizing for a 2.5" level on a 4wd will apply to your 3" level on your 2wd. If you have any more questions just post them up in that thread or this one and I'll help you out.
