Procomp 6", 35x 12.50, Bilstiens, 18x9 5 bs. no idea what the bilstiens are set at they didn't tell me.

Get under and take a look. I'm guessing they are set at max height-2.8" (circlip in top groove.) when they should be down around the second (0.7") or third (1.4") groove from the bottom depending on how much rake you want.

Taking the flares off was a smart move. Now you need to return to have that front dropped. Once you do that it should look pretty nice!

Bring the shop manager outside to compare the picture you originally showed them to your truck. The fix should be no expense to you!

Looks like the Bilstiens are set on the 4th ring from the bottom.

It has to go back ASAP. Have the knuckleheads fix it by dropping the coil bucket on the Bilsteins. Tell them if you want level or ass-high stance so they get it right.

This type of thing is infuriating. I have a great shop, with trustworthy mechanics but I'll still sit in the lobby for several hours on some jobs because I know things come up that need my input and eyes on the problem.

I would have just walked away, not paid a dime and demanded they make it right immediately. Surely the installer isn't so daft that he thinks that looks OK at any level. WTH??

Brutal .. sorry you have to deal with this BS.

Yeah, measure the front from the ground to the top of the arch and then do the same for the rear. The front should sit half inch lower than the rear to give the optical illusion of level.
The bottom groove is zero lift, the next is 0.7" higher than stock, the next is 1.4", the next is 2.1" and the top is 2.8".
If the front ends up measuring the same as the rear with the Bilsteins set at the lowest setting, it will still appear to be slightly nose high. So if it comes to that, get a half inch coil spacer for the rear.

Snap a picture of the front suspension like the one below and post it up. I'd like to see the Bilsteins and how they were put together because I still think they have the lower spring seat flipped. Especially if you could tell that it was on the 4th groove. If they were put together correctly you shouldn't be able to see that.



If you want to run pocket flares and have your tires be flush with them you need 18x10 -12 offset wheels with the 35x12.5 tire.

I was going to suggest the same thing. I think the seats are upside down. You shouldn't even really be able to tell what groove the clip is in, cause the Spring seat (if installed correctly) pretty much covers it.
