just giving you crap man.

While not a fan of them myself - (more of an all steel pistol and wheelgun guy)they certainly have quite the following and shoot right with any of them. for carry - weight is everything.

I blame the fact that the first pistol I picked up was a 1911... kinda ruined me for most of everything else lol. But I did pick up the XDm 5.25 in 9mm awhile back. it's taken me awhile to get used to the way it looks, bit it shoots like a house afire!

I've steered away from kimbers mostly becuase I haven't been able to shoot one personally - and the crowd is either kimber is the best or kimber is the worst. doesn''t seem to be much gray with people on that one. About the only thing that starts a bigger online pissing contest is asking whether a 9 is better than a 45....

however, I got to shoot a crimson carry II last night. It's now on my short list. The trigger needed some smoothing - but dang did it ever shoot a tight group.
I carry my Pro Crimson Carry II everywhere. Both of my Kimbers are nail drivers out of the box and only get better.

I have two ARs. A H&K 416 .22LR and a S&W Sport modded (Of course.) to the nuts.

The Glock 21 is a nice gun, congrats! I just ordered a Glock 42, it will be my wifes carry gun. When it comes down to a self defence semi auto it's hard to beat a Glock, they are not as accurate as a 1911 but self defense usually happens inside of 10 feet...Hard to miss at that range! I keep a 357 snub nose in the Ram at all time just incase!

When i hit the range I shoot the black plastic guns for point and shoot practice but for pure enjoyment and accuracy I love my 1911 in .45 and .22!

I will be picking up a CMMG MK3 CBR. Won't be doing too much too it, comes with a Geissele Automatics SSA trigger, a RKM 15'' handguard, and Magpul stock and grip in .308. Going to slap a Leupold Vx-r 1.25x4. Duplex reticle optic on there and be done with it.

Those are some serious cartridges. I fired a .460 once, I also own a ruger Alaskan in .454 casull - which I've not fired yet. but dang. I've heard about the .500 and the effect on one's wrists.

If I had a 454 casull and hadn't shot it yet - first thing I'd do is go buy a bunch of cheap gallon water jugs.

That much mass at that velocity + water jug = BOOM!
