Default Better ride

So I'm rolling around in this sweet a$$ 06 2500 cummins. I've got the 5" rough country lift with 35" mud terrains. I love the truck. Favorite truck I've owned. (its my 4th Ram) My wife on the other hand can't stand it. It rides way to rough. Which I can understand, my last truck was a '12 qc sport. Nicest truck I've ever owned lol. Is there anything i can do to help the ride quality. You know how it is. Happy wife, happy life.
Living the dream.

One way would be to change the mud terrains to all terrains....but other than that its gonna be tough to soften the ride of a lifted diesel without dumping a ton of cash into the suspension.

Is it the front or rear that you are feeling? The rear springs of all 3/4 ton trucks are really, really stiff. No way to fix that other than to replace them with a softer leaf pack. I've read that this makes one of the biggest differences in ride quality.
Also, play with the air pressure in the tires. A lot of places just inflate them to the max psi listed on the sidewall and this is usually way, way too much for daily driving.
