got the Lisle kit followed instructions still cant separate the line from the accumulator. what is the next things to do?

Tool me 20 minutes plus a bunch a cuss words and holding my tongue just right to get one off once. It'll come off, you just gotta play with it.

Roger is right, it dont just pop-off! The tool needs to be worked into there and rotated. Plus some pulling on your part. It wasn't easy for me either. Good luck and patience my friend.
