Default 1991 D250 Speedometer Problem

I will say up front I am sorry if this thread already exists, but I could mot find it by searching. I have a '91 D250 and my speedometer does not work. I was told by the previous owner that it worked before I test drove it, but I am not sure. I have already replaced the speed sensor on the transmission, and it did nothing. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be or where I may obtain another gauge cluster? I have called salvage yards all over the country and have had no luck so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a gauge cluster out of a '90 that I guarantee works.
The gauges have white faces.

Did you check to see if the plug is still attached to the back of the cluster?
Do the other gauges work?

Sounds like the speedo head. I've had that issue with my '90 and the choices are: use another 20+ year old cluster, send one off for restoration, get a new speedo head and do yourself, make your own dash with new gauges, or the quickie (a cheap GPS).
