Heard about 8-10 other folks say they do wonders on the trannys as well

I say go with Procharger, at least you can tune them.

Actually might look into the Edlebrock S/C, price depending. Love the 5 Year/100K mile warranty as well.

I do too. But I am leery about their tuner. I really want to get a Diablo w/hemifever tune.

I believe they load their tune onto a DS tuner. You can always opt not use their tuner but then they do give out the extended warranty.

That is good to hear. Kill two birds with one huge f@#$ing rock. I just hope the trans will hold up. Already have a new TC, just waiting for the VB to get built.

I got the 8 spd, so I'm hoping I'll be good to go.

The Edlebrock tech said they are working on the '13-14 trucks w/8spd as we speak.

I am seriously considering once these are released.

seems the Ram aftermarket superchargers are very noisy at idle that I have watched on utube., is this true on all supercharger kits?
My supercharged cobra was very quiet until WOT.

I was also looking into the Edlebrock unit. I have run both roots (Eaton) and centrifigual (ProCharger) blowers on my Mustangs and I prefer the instant boost offered by the roots type blower. I currently run the Trinity T1000 and want to keep it, I wonder if Edlebrock tune can be transferred into it?

What type of blower was is. Centrifugals can be loud at idle.

Roots type blowers. Eaton, TVS etc are not loud at idle. Only under boost will some whine more or less dending on blower and boost psi.

I like the Edlebrock system, power numbers are meehhh, but 100 over stock aint nothing to sneeze at..

I ordered the Edlebrock supercharger yesterday, it should be here in 7-10 days. I was considering a Turbo kit but Edlebrock being a multi million dollar company has spent a lot of time and money on their R&D to make it right, so much so that it comes with a standard 3/36 warranty with a 5/100 optional warranty. I downloaded the install file and it seems fairly straight forward procedure with nice looking functional parts. The 414/449rwhp may not sound like much but if you YouTube a Corvette Z06 the numbers at the rear wheels are nearly identical and the Z06 has an advertised 505 flywheel HP rating. I'm going to put the tune that comes with the kit in it and use my Trinity T1000 for monitoring EGTs, trans temp, AFR, inlet temps. I even think that my Varam CAI will bolt right on top of the supercharger. I have a Flowmaster 40 (3" into 2/2.5" outlets) exhaust but after reading about the dreaded "Y" pipe I will be changing it too along with a set of Shorty headers. I haven't been on here for about a year and I have made some really nice/trick mods to my truck which I plan to add a few pictures and mod list soon after I install the blower. I was wondering if anyone sells a dual gauge pod for the A pillar or center dash/steering column cover?
