Just went and watched the video again and no where did it say there was a recall. My Bad! I forgot to say in the last post, we took all the grounds off and cleaned them, Amazing that Dodge would power coat and then put a ground over the top of the paint. Cleaned them all up and greased them with dialectic grease. I am assuming the circuit board has gone out.

I'm wondering of your TPS is out of whack. When you push the pedal to the floor and ask for WOT, the computer will turn the a/c off so that you get maximum horse power. And, if you're getting really crappy mileage, I'd check in to the throttle position sensor.

Hmm....hate to say this, but it's starting to sound like your PCM may be going out. Judging from your mpg meter and the AC acting up like they are, which are not even related to one another electronically, guides me towards this direction. It very well could be your entire fuse and relay management, but if not that I'd say PCM. We'll stay tuned for another update!

Hey there. Been working on a similar issue. Are you sure the compressor is not kicking on? Mine blows hot when I am not moving, my fan for the ac condenser is not running. I just returned the relay I got from autozone today, but I was opening up the TIPM when a monsoon rolled in. I will let you know what I find. There may be relays in there?
Here's a link to my post with another issue that may interest you.

Hopefully we can get this figured out!
