When I placed my order I also struggled with the color. It was between flame red, silver or white. It seemed that there were very little reds around and I wanted something different. Black was a dime a dozen and white was not far off from that. I'm soooo glad I got the flame red. In this world of black, grey and white, it stands out and gets noticed. It is sometimes the only red vehicle in a large parking lot and easy to spot. I've had many compliments and looks fantastic when clean. It especially looks best in Sport in my opinion. No regrets.

That's funny, I notice silver Rams in lots of the Ram ads. I guess we see what we're drawn to. They probably use all the colors in the ads to attract the widest group of buyers.

That's funny, hadn't heard that before. If anything, it should be re-sale silver, the way that color has always peeled in the past. They never could get that color of paint to last as long as the other colors, of course Chrysler had problems with their blue color paint back in the mid 90's too.

This is all just personal taste but Red is probably my least favorite color on a vehicle. Different vehicles look good in different colors but I wouldn't buy any vehicle in red. I know one thing my dad always said was if you want to draw attention to yourself from the police drive a red vehicle. I really like silver and gunmetal type colors. That Western Brown really looks good. I didn't even consider it when I ordered because what it looks like on the build page is nothing like how it looks in person. If the dealer would have had one on the lot to see when I ordered I may have gone with that.

I bought my truck because it was the color red. I love the flame red on dodge's. It was between the one I bought and a copper colored on with a couple more options. I get quite a few compliments off of it too. I don't speed so cops shouldn't be a problem. I had a silver car and it was nice that it never really looked dirty but to me silver is plain jane.

Dodge and Chevy's have the nicest color selections.
Red will oxidize to pink, so you should wax it - but life is busy as the OP mentioned.
Where I live it can get to plus 30 degrees Celcius in the summer. My truck is black and does not get very warm after a day in the sun. The body of the truck is hot but the interior is not.

I have owned about every color car there is and I loved my red cars. I bought a Black Ram to match my boat otherwise would have considered the Flame Red. I have to say that the color I think is hardest to keep clean is white. My last white care always seemed dirty.

It's not so bad, it cools down pretty quick.

I have a white Caravan and a black Ram

I ordered a White 2500 a few weeks ago and after about a week I decided to go Flame Red but it was too late. I bet every farmer around here has a White truck. Now there is one more!
