When I do pork baby backs I boil for 45 minutes meanwhile I fire up the coals and get the grill nice a hot.
When boiling be sure to ad two beef bulion cubes to give back where the boiling tried to strip. I use beef because I havent found pork cubes.
After boiling I rub a mixture of dark brown sugar and McCormics dry BBQ on both sides it will desolve a bit as you rub it into the hot slab.
Now out to the HOT coals. I start off on underside down to begin to seer or char the ends. about 5 minutes if coals are very hot. Then I turn on the back for a couple more. At this time I slather the underside with Sweet Baby Rays.
Turn after a couple minutes and slather the top with SBR's. Then turn it over to carmalize. A couple minutes and there DONE TO PERFECTION!!!!
Should only take and hour to do fall off the bone BBQ tenderloin cut Baby backs.
If your into a bitmore spicey add your favorite pepper sauce to the SBR's before slathering.
