Thank you sir!

No argument about many Mustang drivers being kind of douchey. I've had run ins with them before becoming a Mustang owner.

I definitely did not instigate vs. any of these pickup trucks. Street racing is not really my thing. What is this Ram r/t? How big a supercharger does it have?

RT Rams do not come with a SC and they run mid 13's to low 14's. That's close to a second or almost 10 cars slower then your 5.0 That said, any stock RCSB Ram is capable of running with an RT when gear ratios and tunes are close, some are even faster. The car you should be competitive with is the SRT 392 Challenger. Stock you are both pretty close with the chally a little faster according to factory specs. That of course depends on the owner and his racing knowledge. SRT 392's run somewhere in between mid to high 12's with your right behind it with I'd say 12.70 or 12.80. There is a guy that comes on here with a pretty fast 5.0 who may chime in here sooner or later. I'd say he has bragging rights but he doesn't dis the members here as far as I have seen and I hope you do the same. Good luck with your street racing but I wouldn't waist my engine on a stock Ram truck. However, there are a few on were that you wouldn't want to run into because they know what they're doing and they're faster then your 5.0

Ever heard the statement that guns don't kill people and spoons don't make people fat? Same concept here. It's not the truck, it's the people. And no, I can assure you that not all, not even most of us are that way.

It might be fair to say that Ram trucks (due to their marketing) attract those types of people, however, it is not accurate to say that Ram trucks create those types of people.

So to answer your original question...Nothing. Nothing is with us Ram guys. At least not most of us. A better question might be "What's with all the jackasses being attracted to Ram trucks?" and I think I answered that question above. Look at all the aggressive marketing and hype about the legendary Hemi. What jackass that needs a truck wouldn't want one, lol?

Agree with the above...it's the HEMI marketing. The trucks make good power and are quick for a truck but against cars that way ~ a ton less and make the same hp it's not even a realistic fight. With the numbers in my signature my truck still won't even hang with my '08 Roush. Some people just like to learn the hard way and sometimes more than once.

Those are nice numbers there CHVYKLR! If you were in a RCSB with those numbers, I'd say you could give a Stang a run for its money.
