Default Running Hot While Towing

Hey guys I have a few questions about my truck and was hoping some of you might have some answers or might be able to point me the right direction. So i have an 01' 24 valve with about 112000 miles on it running stock. Recently I took it on a trip where I was towing a trailer with about 7,000 lb on it. It towed great on the freeway going between 70-75 mph at 190-200 degrees. I hit a few short hills and a few long hills during this trip. So going up these long hills my truck spiked up to 220-230 degrees and continued to climb depending on the duration of the climb accompanied with some power loss but it returned to normal temps after these climbs. So after getting back from this trip i went and had my radiator flushed along with a new thermostat. Its still running a little warm. It "appears' that the thermostat and water pump are working properly along with the fan. So some of my questions are..
Does anyone have any idea's on what the root problem might be fan,fan clutch, radiator etc... Also has anyone had any good experiences with any high flow after market fans/ radiators? Thank you all for your help.

Don't know what temp your thermostat is, but my hemi loves a 180F. Try rolling down your windows and turn heater to hi, might keep it down, also try some(Water Wetter) heard good things about it. You could install an electric pusher fan in front of radiator, too. I'd keep an eye on trans temps as well.
