Assuming this is going to be about the 1500, RAM is being absolutely brilliant!! GM & Ford have got to be pissed! GMs all new truck has been a dud. Ford has unveiled their new F150 and spilled the beans on all it's new goodies. While being unable to divulge any performance numbers. While RAM is in the drivers seat to continue their sales surge. By waiting until now to announce the update they can pick and choose from a litany of potential updates to best position themselves for competitive advantage. Not that they didn't have a good idea of what Ford was coming out with. Now they can counter effectively and there's nothing Ford and Gub'ment Motors can do about it. Wow.

Good times to be a truck man.

I'll probably be unable to watch it, but I'm very interested to see what it pertains to

Here's an Allpar article with some speculation:

http://www.allpar.com/news/index.php...ement-thursday

I think that the split tailgate that we have been discussing here on Ramforumz for the past couple weeks is likely to be mentioned, and since the 2015s should be out before too long they may want to be the first of the big 3 to announce their SAE J2807 ratings.

I would think that they would announce
That side steps would now be installed as part of the assembly line, not at a Body Vendor
That they were going to drop the Express model Rams, which would be crazy

It would be great if they announced that they would go back to twice as many color choices, like before 2011

Maybe even that Uconnect Access would be available in Canada ASAP, maybe next month

The last thing being that they have the new VOTS site open, maybe even with a PIX of it going through each of the Assembly Stages

wouldn't these be better than a tailgate ?

I don't think they'll drop the Express. Those things sell like hotcakes, it'd be crazy.
