Angry No fan/ No air or heat

Hi out there. I have a on going problem with a 06 3500. The fan has a mind of it's own and it will die. No fan. Year ago it was at the dealership for same problem. They replaced the hole fuse panel under the hood and new air condition and lines and some other things. It cost a plenty with the extra warranty . Now the problem is back and no warranty.

Hope that someone can help.

Have you noticed if your air seems to be ok running down the highway but at Idle there is nothing? Is so its your condenser fan. Its only about 80 to 100.00 and takes about 20 to thirty minutes to change.

For the engine fan
I would look at the YouTube videos made by Eric the Car Guy

Is it intermittent, sometimes works? A bad\worn ignition switch could also be the culprit, have seen the same issue on a couple of these, turned out to be the ignition switch. Check for +12 at the blower motor w/key on, if no power most likely a bad ignition switch. if good, check for motor ground, no ground is probably a bad blower resistor, sorry, I don't remember what the wire colors are, A.G.E is setting in.

Dependent on the mileage (and time) since you had it fixed the parts they replaced may still have a parts warranty left.
