Default air volume

Air volume from AC decresses when I depress the gas pedal. Could this be a vacuum problem to the actuator/blending door?

Don't worry about it. It is designed so that "low-vacuum" will send the diverters to the "defrost" position. That way, if the vacuum fails, you will be able to see. Heavy pedal causes low vacuum also. It will divert to there under acceleration, but revert once vacuum is stable.
