Default Ideas for quality LED under-tailgate light bar?

Looking for a quality LED tailgate light bar. Want aux brake light, turn signals, and aux backup light built into the under-tailgate bar. Is this option from ProTuningLabs decent? Better options? Want something quality and bright.

I've never seen one of these fully functional on the street. I'm pretty sure a quality one is just a myth.

I am skeptical about these because I always read that at some point lights on the LED bar start going out after about 6 months and then you have to replace the bar. Just my 2 cents.

Seen a ton of those around my area, and also noticed ALOT of them with blown LED`s. Only fix for blown LED`s are to replace the whole dam unit... not worth it if you ask me. I put strobes in my tail lights, hooked to the brk light circut. The strobed brk lights get way more attention to the texting idiots behind me. Super intense and extremely bright.

You won't notice too much of a diffence with the reverse lights either.

I bought the RECON Xtreme scanning tailgate bar. It has running lights, brake lights, white reverse lights, and amber sequence turn signals (if you turn on your left blinker the lights start in the middle and light up towards the left and same for the right).

I love my bar, haven't had any problems yet. It has been installed for over a month and has been powerwashed at the carwash and through many rain storms.

Or... you could go crazy like me.

I purchased Plasma Glow LED light bar and mud flap bars from Auto anything. Used the forum discount and such.

These are old pictures. I need to get pictures of this setup on my new truck. I personally have not had a LED burn out yet. Everything functions as running lights, turns signals, brakes, and reverse.

This is the end result.

Steer clear of Recon, They leak like a bitch. Recon eventually refunded my money because a light bar never made it thru a winter in Canada. I eventually went with a Putco which is guaranteed for as long as you own it and it has never leaked
