That's not drifting, that's sliding. You can't really control a drift in a FWD. Regardless, as long as it was a controlled environment, have all the fun you want. I just hate it when I see videos of kids trying to drift around a corner in a city street or something. Much more dangerous than street racing.

Well sorry to say it was a 1999 gmc sierra ext.cab 2 wheel. Nice lookin truck but it wasnt a dodge. I got rid of my 2002 ram 2wheel 5.9 loaded sport to get a 4 wheeler for myself and kids and down graded to the sierra. I know again have a ram.

Didn't Top Gear try and destroy a toyota truck and couldn't? They even set it on fire and submerged it in water, but after they dried out the parts and got the water out of the engine if ran again. Reliable to say the least.

My 2000 Ram marks the trifecta of American trucks for me and brings me back to Dodge for the first time since my 1st car.

I also currently own a 2009 Chevy Impala, before that a 2003 Jag X-Type (these were simultaneous with the Ram)

Before the Ram:
1993 Ford F-150 - Piece of S*** & Mazda Millenia -crushed in a parking lot accident
1990 GMC Sierra - great truck, had to part ways when the kids came; a car seat in the middle wouldn't allow me to shift into 2,4,R. Still running strong with 225000 on the clock.
1986 Chevy S10 - meh
1986 Ford Tempo - mom's car passed down to me (I learned to drive on this one)
1978 Ford Thunderbird - land yacht, piece of crap
1982 Mazda RX-7 - Stolen
1972 Toyota Corona - Great car, rusted out
1975 Dodge Tradesman - Primer black (scared a few moms in High School)

I've owned a lot of cars, starting with my 1959 Pontiac, but just prior to my 09 Ram Crew Cab was a 06 PT Cruiser.

i two would have to say i have owned a lot of veh. being in the military i have had the oportunites to own some rather cool cars too. starting from the beginning: 2001 S-10 bought new: PCS'd to Germany owned a kia sephia then a 5series BMW (bmw's in germany are like honda's in the states) moved back to the states had a F-350 Powerstroke: then a 2006 F-150 FX4: and now a Dodge ram. if i remember correctly when i sold my s-10 to go to germany, i bought that sephia for 500.00 bucks, then later i got the bmw from a soldier for free, cuz he thought he blew the motor all that was wrong with it was the seal on the lower part of the distributer blew so it was suckin oil badly. 50.00 euros and 8hrs later i had a peuter 1990 5 series beamer doin 220 KMH down the auto bon! so far out of all cars owned i am enjoying the dodge them most. my only regret is i should have gotten atleast the 5.7L and said the heck with gas mileage rather than the 3.7L! lol. plans are to get the engine to atleast 300hp to the wheels (its pretty much turned into a mission rather than a want) ill keep you all posted!

Jim
