Default DualLiner

To start, I have a 2012 Ram 1500 ST Express Crew Cab. I ordered the bed liner directly from DualLiner. It arrived in about a week, that made me happy. For those who are not familiar this product, it comes in 5 pieces. Front, 2 sides, tailgate and rubber bedliner. The first piece to get installed is the front. It did not fit at the top rail so I took pics sent them to DualLiner and waited for a response. They called back quickly and ultimately I ended up having to trim the rail. Not a big deal, but I was surprised. Next the sides and they popped in perfectly. The rubber bed liner, again perfect fit and a nice thick no slip mat. The tailgate installed ok, but then I could not close the tailgate without getting a running start. It pinches the bumpers and because of where it is the plastic cannot be trimmed. I took pics and sent them to DualLiner. They again called and offered to send me a different style tailgate cover, ok. This installed ok, but leaves the bottom 2 inches with no protection. Overall the product looks good, like a one piece, but the fit just leaves much to be desired. I am going to have to buy a seperate tailgate cover direct from Mopar to get the fit I want.

I hope this review helps others trying to make a decision on a bed liner.
