Unhappy No drivers side heat..

Forgive me if this is posted already but i could'nt find it..Anyway..I had no heat in the ram for awhile and decided to change the termostat..I have heat now but only on the passenger side and not on the floor or drivers side vents..In the summer,i used to drive the beast through the water on the beach rooster tailing..Kids loved it..(so did I,,he he) I found alot of debris in and around the engine and i am thinking i have something lodged in the vent flaps....Need help ethier to help me locate the flaps or guide me in a different direction..

It could have gunk in it somewhere but it sounds more like a vacuum problem to me. What trim level?

You could have a vacum line leak causing the floor vents not to open but this wouldn't be the case if it blows cold. Just throwing ideas out.
