well to adjust the door striker its located on the body not the door itself if you knew that already and your going to need torqs bit looks like a star, i cant remember what size maybe a t50 or somewhere in that region and then loosen then dont take them out just loosen them enough so you can move it with some effort and keep moving the striker until your sastified not too much at one time or your ruin your latch because it will put more strain on it but give it a try and let us know how it goes!!!

We've an 06 and it does the same BS. Passenger door is fine but the drivers door whistles... I took a look and the outter most piece of rubber worked its way above the edge of the door... the dealer, is where I go.... it's getting a little annoying.

Our 06 suffered the same thing, drivers side only... yesterday I had the dealer address the issue and under warranty they replaced the entire strip, door to the windshield... end of problem... happy camper here

I had this happen the first week I had my 08 SLT Big Horn. Took it back in to the dealer and they made the adjustment and haven't had any issues since and I get plenty of wind testing out in the Dakota's.

Took mine back a couple weeks ago and had them adjust the door. There is still a little bit of noise here and there but no way near the amount I had. I also had them find and fix a small ticking noise from inside the drivers door. The door locking rod was making contact with the skin of the door causing a aggrevating tinking noise ..... Drove me crazy..... Since that was fixed I can hear the passenger side doing it so that will have to be fixed on the next oil change.

NOT an uncommon problem in 06-08 Rams, particularly the driver door. see if the strike adjustment does it, it will be interesting to see if that works. Never really got rid of it completely in any of them that I saw that had that same wind problem.
