I work for Total Safety. Currently I am the district manager of ND SD and i share MT with WY. Now my job is boring just a pencil pusher. before when I was on the rescue team it was fun. Ill post pics when i get to my flash drive at work on monday.

I cannot believe i have missed this thread Everyone awsome remarks and pics..........I work as a Reg. Orthopedic tech. At my areas hospital.Deal with tramas, Bone setting, pin and small amputations as well as dressings, wound debridements, cortisone injections and everything else Orthopedics. Its a high volume clinic in which myself and a part time person deal with anywere from 60 to 90 patients a day.Stressfull you bet...Get in shit...you betThe only reason im there...is for the patient and thier best intrest...When they get dicked around then i get going.....Dickin around for thier BEST INTREST.Was a Reg. Pract. Nurse.....then had the opportunitty to go tothe fracture clinic..........All and all...The best thing i ever did. Love my job but like eveything has its moments.Its a great feeling knowing you help so many people day in and day out. Most of the patients tyhink im nuts.......But laughter and smiling will pretty much heal anything.I cant show any pics really due to confidentialality...........Sorry

I work for United Safety Ltd, we're a turnaround breathing air services company that also does rescue, confined space watch, and geneal safety services; and like you, I've been promoted to flying a desk Now I co-ordinate projects, though I've recently become one of our in-house high-angle/confined space instructors, which is a whole new headache.

Never got to train high angle vertical rescue but I am a technician. The class was awesome but - bet the instructors have a lot to deal with

this was posted previously, but I guess it was deleted or gremlins ate it or something. This is a result of a "Thermal Displacement" the track shifts when the temps get too high, and the maintenance gurus either don't/ can't prevent it
