Default Feeling Vibration

Alright my first question on the forum. I have a 2003 Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4.7L 4x2. I was driving down the road and noticed a vibration through the body. Very noticable. Just wondering if it's just needs a balance or it's something a little more...costly. Hope this explains it. If not let me know. Oh....my mileage is at about 76500. Just a guess-timation.

If vibrations stop after speeding over certain mph, it surely has to be a wheel unbalance. At that mileage you prolly should be checking suspension and front axle jounts as well...

Good luck

A better description would be good. Like do you feel it in the wheel or seat or both. At a certain speed or RPM. etc,, etc.

I would check for starters;
- U-Joints,
-tire condition and balance,
-tie rod ends

I feel it in both. But more than likely it probably needs a good balance. But I'll check into the stuff also.

Like I said in my intro. I am not familiar w/trucks and all that. So I'll be askin alot of questions probably one of those common sense questions that I don't think about until at the last second. But Thanks for the input guyz.
