Great looking 300C SRT8! I'm sure you will love the KW's and the swaybars. Those cars have a look that will never age.

I was tempted by one of those for a little bit. A dealership just over in IL has several left over 07's that were already marked down $10k and I'm sure I could have got them even lower.

Thanks...they are great cars. Just like any other, there's a few compromises built in for cost cutting sake but easy to fix all the same. For a while, there was no suspension options.

I agree, they do have a nice, classic look.

They drive beautifully and what's not to like about 425 HP??? LOL

That is a very nice looking car, thanks for sharing, and the mods are awesome, and I am sure, sound awesome, too! The engine covers, now that is an idea I wish I had as that would look really nice on my truck. Might have to look into something like that.

Thank you! Yes, the mods sound nice.

All you need for an engine cover is a vision, a good metal bender and a good painter!

The good thing is the aftermarket is really starting to take off for the LX cars. With the Challenger out now it will only grow even more. I had an 06 Charger R/T that I traded in on my 09 Ram. I loved that car. I had Kooks LT headers, JMB CAI and a Corsa catback on it. Many people told me it sounded better than SRT8s. If I had kept it I was planning on heads and cam that would have had me running better than SRT8 times. The biggest thing those cars are missing is gears. If they had that.......look out. I think some were starting to come out but I haven't checked in awhile.

Thanks, Big Country. The Corsa sounds so sexy on the HEMI!

We can now get 3.55 and 3.73 gears. My order is in for the 3.55's.

I know if I were to upgrade the stereo/speakers in my truck, I would definitely have to add some sound dampening material behind the door panels to keep it from rattling. Just too much bass now, even from a car sitting next to me, makes my windows rattle. Did you have to do anything like that, or are those interiors better designed?

Oh it is on like Donkey Kong... I can't let you have all the audio goodies around here. Time to start the build in Chithead's Ram! Seriously sweet ugrades you did there though. Can't go wrong with Alpine.

I did have to do some matting in a couple of areas in the rear package tray to keep the CHMSL and trunk light wiring from rattling. Also, I zip tied up all the wiring under the rear package tray nice and tight. My trunk does rattle a bit but I think I can fix that by adjusting the rubber pedastal bumpers the lid rests on. Eventually, I need to put sound deadening material in the walls and floor of the trunk.

LOL...thank, man. I've got to pick a main amp yet but it's coming together. I won't be entering any audio contests but it sounds great which is what I wanted.

Can't go wrong with Alpine's PDX line, other than the price tag.
