Default Noise coming from front of vehicle

I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500, 4wd with 5.7...I"ve noticed a sound from the vehicle that sounds like either the antifreeze or windshield bottle is loose (which it's not)'s pretty constant when your driving...but here's the thing, I just noticed in park with it running if you turn the wheel to the right, the sound is there. I recently had the drivers side ball joint changed and at that time the steering stabilizer and steering rack were determined to be in fine condition. The sound seems to reverbetrate towards the center of the vehicle not just the right side

Could it be your power steering pump? I say this as my 03 quad with a 4.7 did the same thing, then within a week or 2 I had a power steering leak from the pump.

There were other issues with this truck that were beginning to mount and I recently traded and bought an 05 with a Hemi....

Increased my gas mileage, performance and an improved ride.

The mileage in the 03 fell off after the tune up, filter changes etc..

I really like the 05 with the to work on my Christmas list!!
